Hours & Timetable

• The Madrasah starts at 10.00am and finishes at 1.30pm every Saturday and Sunday. Early morning shift for older students starts at 7.00am till 10.00am

• The Madrasah accepts children into the classroom from 10.00am. Parents are not allowed to drop their children outside the Madrasah without a supervision of an adult before this time; they must also make sure children are inside the Madrasah before leaving the premises.

• The Madrasah will not be responsible for any student/s attending the Madrasah without their parents or guardians. Parents will be required to sign a special form to confirm their children status.

• If students will be picked up by someone other than their parents or guardians the Madrasah should be notified in advance.

• Any students arriving after 10.20am will be considered as late and gates will be closed. Parents will then be required to contact Madrasah by phone on the dedicated contact number NOT to individual teachers or other students. Students will be allowed in only if there is a genuine reason for lateness, and the parents concerned may be cautioned.

• Parents and students are required not to make any noise which will be considered as disturbances to the neighbours in and around the premises, when dropping/picking students and due care should be exercised when picking students up for their safety and the safety of other road users and pedestrians.
